I have created a course that I will run through with your team that will challenge them on an individual level. Practicing these tools will increase personal accountability, boost teamwork, support overcoming imposter syndrome, and commit them to a vision!
If I’m successful then the team should have the level of trust and honesty to push each other to do their best work together.
